Dolt (noun):
A person who is slow to understand or lacks intelligence; someone regarded as foolish, dim-witted, or lacking in common sense.
A person who consistently makes careless or unintelligent mistakes.
Example in a sentence: "Despite his many opportunities for learning, he continued to behave like a dolt, making the same mistakes over and over."
