TACKY

Tacky (adjective):

  1. Lacking style, taste, or refinement; characterized by a lack of sophistication or elegance.

  2. Gaudy, showy, or overly ornate in a way that is considered cheap or tasteless.

  3. Socially inappropriate or in poor taste; often used to describe behaviour or choices that are deemed crass or vulgar.
